Mobile purchases of e-books and radio plays are possible again

DHL collection points will offer a new service from October 10. From this date, Amazon customers should be able to hand over their unpackaged returns to DHL and send them back. No shipping carton needed – normal product packaging is sufficient. In the store, the goods must be placed in a paper bag and a label stuck on, according to the Paketda!

In order for the label to be printed, Amazon customers receive a QR code which must be presented in the DHL store. Basically, this is not a completely new topic, because Amazon has been doing this for some time in cooperation with UPS. However, it will not be possible to return everything this way, according to the report, which refers to internal information sent to DHL store operators. If a product is too large or too heavy for the shipping bag or is shock-sensitive or fragile, Amazon will require a regular return with additional overwrapping.

The whole thing could probably mean longer wait times when you have such a large group of customers in front of you.
