The twilight constantly follows you


Dusk is watching you all the time, not your character, but you!

Do you know the feeling of being watched? In Pokémon: Sword and Shield, it’s not just a bad feeling: you’re actually under observation all the time. At least when there’s a Dusperm nearby, because this Pokemon is watching you all the time. And by that, we really mean you, the players, not your character. It’s scary and it is.

No leak: When you’re near Pokemon Twilight Sword and Shield, there’s no escaping. The nasty creature is keeping an eye on you and you can literally feel the piercing eye. See also, of course, no matter how far you move the camera – Dusfinst always looks directly at you.

Not the trainers: Probably the weirdest thing about all of this is that the Pokémon’s gaze isn’t aimed at your character, but at the camera. It gives the impression that Zwirrfinst is watching us personally as we sit in front of the television.
