Ubisoft expands Ubisoft+ gaming package with indie titles

Ubisoft announced a lot of news over the weekend as part of a digital event. A first trailer for “Assassin’s Creed Mirage” has been released and it has been announced that the Ubisoft+ game bundle will be available for free until October 10, 2022. There is more news on Ubisoft+: The range will be expanded to include selected independent titles.

New games include A Normal Lost Phone, Astrologaster, Evan’s Remains, Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark, Lake, and The Last Friend, among others. Of the games mentioned, I only played “Lake”, which was a bit too minimalistic for me. Other games are regularly added to the Ubisoft+ catalog and can also be purchased via the store. With the integration of indie games, of course, you are now going further in the direction of Game Pass.

According to its own statements, Ubisoft is trying to diversify its catalog by including additional partners. Ubisoft+ is available for PC, Google Stadia, and Amazon Luna, and will also be available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles in the future. Ubisoft+ offers over 100 Ubisoft games, including the latest releases like Skull and Bones from day one, classic games, premium editions, additional content packs and rewards.
