These are the date and time PS Plus games will be announced in October 2022.

In the coming week, the time has come: Sony will reveal the new PS Plus games, which you can download at no additional cost if you have at least the Essential subscription. Here you will find the date and time of the October 2022 lineup.

When will the Essential PS Plus games be revealed in October 2022?

Since Sony follows a specific pattern when it comes to announcing essential PlayStation Plus games, we already know the expected announcement date:

• estimated date: Wednesday, September 28, 2022*
• scheduled time: 5:30 p.m. (German time)**
• When will the new PS Plus games go live? Available from Tuesday, October 4, 2022 (around 12:00 German time)

*Where does this date come from? New PS Plus games are always released on the first Tuesday of every month and are announced six days in advance. That’s making an announcement on September 28 this month and an October 4 unlock on the PlayStation Store.

** 5:30 p.m. is Sony’s usual game reveal time.

Are there already leaks for the essential games of October 2022?

Nope Or not yet: in the past, new games in the PS Plus range have always been leaked by the French website’s dealabs. It cannot be ruled out that insiders will reveal the PS Plus program again in advance.
