Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi was assured by club owner Todd Boehly that he still had a future with the London club after a difficult season at the London club which saw his career stagnate. The 21-year-old feels much happier with his situation since being loaned out to Bayer Leverkusen, the Daily Mail report.

Still at Chelsea, the club are close to being nominated Christopher Freund as the new sporting director, reports the Daily Mirror. The club have been trying to fill the role since Petr Cech left the Premier League after Boehly took over in May.
