Published

on

Apple iOS 16 will be released on September 12, 2022

Apple has been launching iPhone 14 Pro and 14 since September 16 and just before that, iOS 16 was shipped to iPhones. iPadOS has not yet been updated, tablets will only be updated to 16.1, which is currently in beta testing.

The second developer beta of the same software is now out – strictly speaking, it’s the third for iPads. The first beta included preparations for Matter, Live Activity API support, and more. As usual, if there are any innovations in Beta 2, we’ll let you know.

Anyone with a developer profile on the device can now update via OTA or iTunes.
