Effective November 27, 2022, PayPal will no longer offer shipping labels for free returns and will no longer accept requests for refunds of return shipping costs. Users should ensure that they submit all legitimate buyer protection requests by the above date so that they can be received and verified as usual.

Users have until November 26, 2022, 11:59 p.m. local time to submit a free return request. From the next day, November 27, 2022, the service will be interrupted.
