Sonos: details on the speakers to come

Sonos has introduced its new Sub Mini, which will hit the market soon – however, there are issues with the firmware, and Arc users are currently on the fence demanding a solution to the problem. Also, the Trueplay setup doesn’t work with the iPhone 14, as I just found out.

The Sonos S2 firmware 14.16 also doesn’t help with the things mentioned, but it still has improvements ready for the user. When users are connected to Wi-Fi, Roam and Roam SL stereo pairs can now play stereo audio from Bluetooth sources. These stereo pairs are no longer separated when switching to Bluetooth mode, according to Sonos. The update is now available in the store and then through the hardware app.
