Samsung wants to reinvent the toilet

According to the Nikkei Asia media, Samsung’s profit for the third quarter of this year fell by 31.7% (about 7.7 billion dollars) compared to the same period last year. The main reasons for this were low demand for chipsets and, of course, global inflation. Compared to the second quarter of 2022 alone, operating profit fell 23.4%, while sales fell 1.6% in parallel. This is based on the company’s current forecast. Other analysts say Samsung will still have to struggle for a few more quarters of weak earnings before things calm down a bit. After all, chip and semiconductor prices will continue to fall in the future due to lower demand.
