freenet has implemented a new tariff. An 18 GB all-network plan is currently offered on the Telefónica network for EUR 9.99 + EUR 19.99 connection price with monthly cancellation. Despite the monthly cancellation option, I would like to mention here that the prices apply for the first 24 months, after which there will be a charge of 24.99 euros per month if you continue to use this tariff. And: if the data volume of 18 GB is exhausted, you are on the move with 32 kbit/s.
