The Call of Duty shooter Modern Warfare 2 has been available since October 28 and faced a few technical issues at launch. The most serious of these have now been fixed, but developer Infinity Ward continues to provide updates. The latest version number 1.08 has now been released and is now available for download on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.

This improves Modern Warfare 2 update 1.08
Probably the biggest fix in the current patch is to the tuning of weapons and attachments. This new feature in Modern Warfare 2 had to be temporarily disabled due to technical issues, but the feature is available again.
For explanation: As soon as you have brought a weapon to the maximum level, you can further optimize and improve the attachments with various sliders. This is especially important if you want to get the most out of a ratchet.

Apart from the return of weapon tuning, update 1.08 also brings other improvements, including the handling of crashes or audio bugs that sometimes still occur on the PS4. Here is a list of the most important fixes:
The Attachment Settings feature has just been re-enabled.

Added performance improvements.
Added stability fixes.
Added fixes for stuttering and lag issues.
Other minor fixes.
