Update causes “bad” devices for some users

According to Sammobile, reports from Galaxy Watch 4 users that the current system build update R8xxXXU1GVI3 caused some kind of bricking are piling up on Reddit and in Samsung forums. However, the device is not directly destroyed by the update, but restarting the device kills the clocks. According to reports, the clock simply could not be restarted, so it can no longer be used. This means that the clock should not be turned off after the update if this can be avoided at all. So far, there is no official information on whether Samsung customer service can offer a solution and possibly replace devices that have been repaired by the update.
