There are up to 500 euros in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Anyone who has vaguely searched for solar systems and similar solutions over the past few weeks and months will have had their ears banged out, as the surge in demand causes prices to almost fall into the rip-off zone.

But at least in the “small area” there is good news, if only locally, because the subsidy program for balcony solar systems in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has started. Residents can now apply. Ten million euros of public funds are in the kitty. Six million of them are explicitly intended for renters, the rest are for owners who live in their own apartment or house.

What is the scope of funding? Such a balcony power plant is financed up to 500 euros per household. There is money once the system has been built and purchased. There is an FAQ on the subject here.
