O2: Fiber optic cooperation with Deutsche Telekom

From November 30, O2 will also market its gigabit-capable “O2 my Home tariffs” via Deutsche Telekom’s FTTH network. The company announced this on November 16. O2 primarily targets the 4.5 million households with its fixed network products that can currently obtain a pure fiber optic connection from Deutsche Telekom. By the end of 2024, this should be more than 10 million households and therefore an average of 2.5 million households per year. The tariff bandwidth of fixed O2 my Home products ranges from 100 MBit/s to 1 GBit/s for download.
