Pro models according to Kuo with faster data transfer

The USB-C connection will be introduced with the iPhone 15, and the connection will be mandatory for mobile devices from 2024. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wants to know more about this. He thinks, that the connection speeds of the iPhone 15 Pro models will “likely improve significantly” with support for “at least” USB 3.2 or Thunderbolt 3. Pro users could then transfer image or video material , or data in general, faster via cable transmission. According to Kuo, the normal iPhone 15 will probably be limited to USB 2.0, with a maximum of 480 Mbit/s available – USB 3.2 even offers 20 Gbit/s, while 40 Gbit/s would be possible with Thunderbolt.
