Google Chrome: version 106.0.5249.119 closes security holes

Google has released a new version of the Chrome browser. This is version 107.0.5304.121 for macOS and Linux and 107.0.5304.121/.122 for Windows. The update only contains a security patch that closes a vulnerability listed under CVE-2022-4135. According to Google, the vulnerability is already being actively exploited, so it is advisable to update your browser promptly.
